The New England Chapter and the InterChange conference are always looking to partner with organizations for sponsorship. In return for sponsorship, we offer a variety of marketing opportunities. Our events draw the very best of technical communicators in the greater New England area, sponsoring our chapter means that your message reaches the heart of your audience.
We do our best to keep the cost of InterChange manageable for our members, while still providing a worthwhile and meaningful experience. We start early in the morning and serve a hot breakfast and keep the coffee flowing all day. Lunch is also included with registration.
To do this, we rely on sponsorship from vendors and organizations. We have a variety of sponsorship needs for InterChange, ranging from general sponsorship of the whole event to sponsoring a meal or printing the program.

InterChange Sponsorship Needs
- Sponsorship of a meal ($250)
Special mention in the program: Lunch brought to you by Acme Corp, free anvils for everyone!
Your logo displayed on the program and website.
- Printing of programs ($150)
Our members have made it clear that they want a printed program at InterChange, in addition to our website (one year we even had an app!). Printing is expensive and a great opportunity for a sponsor to get their name out to every attendee.
- Raffle items
On the second day of InterChange we hold a raffle of items donated by our sponsors, speakers, and sometimes even the attendees! This is great way for us to do something fun for our members. The winners are always very appreciative.
- Give-a-ways, tchotchkes, and swag
Pens, notepads, stress balls. Conference-goers love to take these back to the office. This is a great way to get your logo in front of technical writers throughout the year.
- Conference Sponsor ($500)
Sponsor the whole conference and we’ll make sure your logo is prominently displayed on our website and all of the conference materials. Want to join us with a booth or table? We can do that!
