Last year, STC New England members submitted just three entries to the STC Alliance Competition. (Congratulations to Concordia University for winning an Award of Merit!) Why not submit an entry this year? Not only do you have a chance to win an award, which you can show off in social media, publications, websites, and/or your résumé, but you also receive lots of invaluable feedback from three judges who review all aspects of your entry. Give it a try – it’s a unique opportunity to get a comprehensive peer review of your project at a low cost.

Another, free way to benefit from the Competition is to participate as a judge. There’s no better learning experience than diving into entries from around the country and collaborating with the other judges on your team. And few experiences are as rewarding as sharing your insights with your peers to help them reach new heights. Don’t worry if you’ve never judged before – training will be provided, and a team leader will guide you every step of the way. The deadline to sign up is Friday, December 18, 2020.
